The reports are used to evaluate grantees’ performance for substantial progress, respond to the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA), and award prior experience points at the end of each project (budget) period. The Department also aggregates the data to provide descriptive information on the projects and to analyze the impact of the McNair Program on the academic progress of participating students. SUMMARY: Pursuant to the Federal Advisory Committee Act, App. 2, and 
the Code of Federal Regulations, and following consultation with the
