Abstract: Ronald E. McNair

grantees’ performance for substantial
progress, respond to the Government

and award prior experience points at the
end of each project (budget) period. The
Department also aggregates the data to
provide descriptive information on the
projects and to analyze the impact of the
McNair Program on the academic
progress of participating students.
