Abstract: Ronald E. McNair
Postbaccalaureate Achievement
(McNair) Program grantees must submit
the Annual Performance Report each
year. The reports are used to evaluate
grantees’ performance for substantial
progress, respond to the Government
Performance and Results Act (GPRA),
and award prior experience points at the
end of each project (budget) period. The
Department also aggregates the data to
provide descriptive information on the
projects and to analyze the impact of the
McNair Program on the academic
progress of participating students.
