These rulings pertain to the interpretation of applicable laws related to prospective and current transactions involving classification, marking, and country of origin. However there was a reduction in the Appeals respondent group and an increase in the Administrative Rulings respondent group due to updated agency estimates, in addition there was a decrease in the estimated time per response for the Appeals respondent group. There is no change to the information being collected. Type of Review: Extension (without change). Affected Public: Businesses. Rulings Estimated Number of Respondents: 3,500. Estimated Number of Responses per Respondent: 1. Estimated Total Responses: 3,500. Estimated Time per Respondent: 10 hours. Estimated Total Annual Burden Hours: 35,000.
