During the enforcement periods, vessels may not enter, remain in, or transit through the safety zones during these enforcement periods unless authorized by the Captain of the Port or designated Coast Guard patrol personnel on scene. DATES: The safety zone in section (a), row (16) of the table to 33 CFR 165.506 will be enforced from 8:30 p.m. through 10:00 p.m. on each of the following dates in 2019: August 1st (with August 7th as an alternate date for inclement weather) and August 31st . SUMMARY: The Coast Guard will enforce the special local regulation for 
the 9th Annual Atlantic City Triathlon on August 10, 2019, from 6 a.m. 
through 10 a.m., to provide for the safety of life on navigable 
waterways during this event. Our regulation for marine events within 
the Fifth Coast Guard District identifies the regulated area for this 
event in Atlantic City, NJ. During the enforcement periods, the 
operator of any vessel in the regulated area must comply with 
directions from the Patrol Commander or any Official Patrol displaying 
a Coast Guard ensign.

DATES: The regulation in 33 CFR 100.501 for the special local 
regulation listed in item (a)(12) in the Table to Sec.  100.501 will be 
enforced from 6 a.m. through 10 a.m. on August 10, 2019.
