Under the regulations at 9 CFR
325.11(e), official establishments are to
apply in writing to their District Office
to obtain a permit for the transport of
undenatured inedible meat products in
commerce. The application is to
indicate the name and address of the
applicant, a description of the type of
business operations, and the purpose of
making such application.
FSIS has made the following
estimates based upon an information
collection assessment:
Estimate of burden: FSIS estimates
that it will take respondents an average
of 34.8 minutes per response.

respondents: 150.
Estimated annual number of
responses per respondent: 1.

the proposed collection of information
