The form includes a mix of check box and narrative questions related to the organization’s financial systems, policies and procedures. (5) An estimate of the total number of respondents and the amount of time estimated for an average respondent to respond/reply: It is estimated that it will take the approximately 40 respondents (non-governmental) applicants to OVW grant programs approximately 4 hours to complete an online assessment form.
