The notification was processed in accordance with the regulations of the FTZ Board (15 CFR part 400), including notice in the Federal Register inviting public comment (84 FR 11282–11283, March 26, 2019). On July 16, 2019, the applicant was notified of the FTZ Board’s decision that no further review of the activity is warranted at this time. The production activity described in the notification was authorized, subject to the FTZ Act and the FTZ Board’s regulations, including Section 400.14. Dated: July 16, 2019. Commerce published the Preliminary Results of this administrative review in the Federal Register on March 15, 2019.1 We invited parties to comment on the Preliminary Results. No interested party submitted comments or requested a hearing in this administrative review. Commerce conducted this review in accordance with section 751(a)(1)(A) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act). Commerce exercised its discretion to toll all deadlines affected by the partial federal government closure from December 22, 2018 through the resumption of operations on January 29, 2019.2 If the new deadline falls on a non-business day, in accordance with Commerce’s practice, the deadline will become the next business day. Accordingly, the revised deadline for the final results of this administrative review is now July 15, 2019.     On March 18, 2019, Whirlpool Corporation submitted a notification 
of proposed production activity to the FTZ Board for its facility 
within FTZ 151, in Findlay, Ohio.
    The notification was processed in accordance with the regulations
