ACTION: Notice of availability.

SUMMARY: In accordance with Section 3(b) of the Wild and Scenic Rivers 
Act, the USDA, Forest Service, Washington Office, is transmitting the 
final boundary of the Whychus Creek National Wild and Scenic River to 
Congress.
