Related issues for drafting an eFEP and other ecosystem management activities, including further evaluation of jurisdiction and co-management for Georges Bank stock complexes, may be discussed. Other business may be discussed as necessary. Pursuant to regulations implementing the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA), NMFS is announcing receipt of the Hilcorp and Eni’s joint request for the development and implementation of regulations governing the incidental taking of marine mammals.
