ACTION: Request for letters of
nomination and resumes.
AGENCY:
The Medicare Access and
CHIP Reauthorization Act of 2015
established the Physician-Focused
Payment Model Technical Advisory
Committee to provide comments and
recommendations to the Secretary of
Health and Human Services on
physician payment models and gave the
Comptroller General responsibility for
appointing its members. GAO is now
accepting nominations of individuals
for this committee.
DATES: Letters of nomination and
resumes should be submitted no later
than July 19, 2019, to ensure adequate
opportunity for review and
consideration of nominees prior to
appointment. Appointments will be
made in October 2019.

The Food and Drug
Administration (FDA or Agency) is
announcing an opportunity for public
comment on the proposed collection of
certain information by the Agency.
Under the Paperwork Reduction Act of
1995 (PRA), Federal Agencies are
required to publish notice in the
Federal Register concerning each
proposed collection of information,
including each proposed extension of an
existing collection of information, and
to allow 60 days for public comment in
response to the notice. This notice
solicits comments on requests for data
needed to evaluate requests for
threshold of regulation exemptions for
substances used in food-contact articles.
DATES: Submit either electronic or
written comments on the collection of
information by August 20, 2019.
