When it occurs, the non-FBI employee applying for the position is asked to complete the medical release form so the FBI has the authority to seek the medical information. 5. An estimate of the total number of respondents and the amount of time estimated for an average respondent to respond: It is estimated that not more than 50 people would need to complete this form in a year. The information collected from the VCF Claim Form will be used to determine whether claimants are eligible for compensation from the Fund, and if so, the amount of compensation they will be awarded. The Form consists primarily of two main sections: Eligibility and Compensation. well as a brief abstract: The September 11th Victim Compensation Fund 
provides compensation to any individual (or beneficiary of a deceased 
individual) who was physically injured or killed as a result of the 
terrorist-related aircraft crashes of September 11, 2001. The 
information collected from the VCF Claim Form will be used to determine 
whether claimants are eligible for compensation from the Fund, and if 
so, the amount of compensation they will be awarded. The Form consists 
primarily of two main sections: Eligibility and Compensation.
    The Eligibility section seeks the information required by the James 
Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Act of 2010 (``Zadroga Act''),
