AGENCY:
I have determined that the damage in
certain areas of the State of Florida resulting
from Hurricane Michael during the period of
October 7 to October 19, 2018, is of sufficient
severity and magnitude that special costsharing arrangements are warranted
regarding Federal funds provided under the

seq. (the ‘‘Stafford Act’’).
Therefore, I amend my declarations of
October 11, 2018, October 14, 2018, and
March 9, 2019, to authorize Federal funds for
debris removal and emergency protective
measures (Categories A and B), including
direct Federal assistance, under the Public
Assistance program at 90 percent of total
eligible costs, except for assistance
previously approved at 100 percent.
