AGENCY: I have determined that the damage in certain areas of the State of Florida resulting from Hurricane Michael during the period of October 7 to October 19, 2018, is of sufficient severity and magnitude that special costsharing arrangements are warranted regarding Federal funds provided under the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, 42 U.S.C. 5121 et seq. (the ‘‘Stafford Act’’). Therefore, I amend my declarations of October 11, 2018, October 14, 2018, and March 9, 2019, to authorize Federal funds for debris removal and emergency protective measures (Categories A and B), including direct Federal assistance, under the Public Assistance program at 90 percent of total eligible costs, except for assistance previously approved at 100 percent. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Notice is hereby given that, in a letter
