A meeting of the Industry Advisory
Board (IAB) to the International Energy
Agency (IEA) will be held at the French
Ministry of Foreign Affairs, 27 rue de la
Convention, 75015 Paris, France, on
June 26, 2019, commencing at 09:15
a.m. The purpose of this notice is to
permit attendance by representatives of
U.S. company members of the IAB at a
joint meeting of the IEA’s Standing
Group on Emergency Questions (SEQ)
and the IEA’s Standing Group on the Oil
Market (SOM), which is scheduled to be
held at the same location and time. The
agenda of the SEQ meeting is under the
control of the SEQ. It is expected that
the SEQ will adopt the following
agenda:

of the Federal Power Act 16 U.S.C. 824e,
825e and 825h and Rule 206 of the
Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission’s (Commission) Rules of
Practice and Procedure, 18 CFR 385.206,
Kansas Corporation Commission (KCC
or Complainant) filed a formal
complaint against ITC Great Plains, LLC
(Respondent) asserting that KCC’s rates
are unjust and unreasonable as a result
of Respondent’s use of an excessive 100
basis point incentive adder to calculate
its return on equity, all as more fully
explained in the complaint.
KCC certifies that copies of the
Complaint were served on the contacts
for ITC Great Plains, LLC as listed on
the Commission’s list of Corporate
Officials.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and
385.214). Protests will be considered by
the Commission in determining the
appropriate action to be taken, but will
