AGENCY: ACTION: The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for navigable waters within a 420-foot radius of the launch site located near Woodlawn Beach, Hamburg, NY. This safety zone is intended to restrict vessels from portions of Lake Erie during the Town of Hamburg fireworks display. The safety zone is necessary to protect mariners and vessels from potential hazards associated with a fireworks display. ACTION: Notice of enforcement of regulation.

SUMMARY: The Coast Guard will enforce a safety zone within the Captain 
of the Port New York Zone on the specified dates and times. This action 
is necessary to ensure the safety of vessels, spectators and 
participants from hazards associated with fireworks displays. During
