This regulation is within the scope of that authority as it amends the Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface at Portland Municipal Airport, Portland, TN, to support instrument flight rule operations at this airport. History The FAA published a notice of proposed rulemaking in the Federal Register (84 FR 10455; March 21, 2019) for Docket No. FAA–2019–0134 to amend the Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface at Portland Municipal Airport, Portland, TN. Interested parties were invited to participate in this rulemaking effort by submitting written comments on the proposal to the FAA. No comments were received. Subsequent to publication, the FAA discovered a typographic error in the geographic coordinates (‘‘Lat. 36°35′35″ N’’ should be ‘‘lat. 36°35′34″ N’’) contained in the airspace legal description and in the bearing (‘‘193°’’ should be ‘‘191°’’). Those errors are corrected in this action.
