Special Local Regulation; Marine Events Within the Fifth Coast 
Guard District

AGENCY: Coast Guard, DHS.

ACTION: Notice of enforcement of regulation; change of enforcement 
date.

SUMMARY: The Coast Guard will enforce the special local regulation on 
the waters of the Atlantic Ocean, near Point Pleasant Beach, New 
Jersey, from 10 a.m. through 5 p.m. on June 15, 2019 and June 16, 2019. 
This action is necessary to ensure safety of life on the navigable 
waters of the United States during high speed boat racing. The purpose 
of this notice is to announce a change in the date in which the event 
is being held.

DATES: The regulations in 33 CFR 100.501 will be enforced from 10 a.m. 
through 5 p.m. on June 15, 2019 and June 16, 2019, for the special 
local regulation listed as (a)(7) in the Table to Sec.  100.501.
