the Proposed Rule Change
Cboe C2 Exchange, Inc. (the
‘‘Exchange’’ or ‘‘C2’’) proposes to amend
Rule 6.11. The text of the proposed rule
change is provided in Exhibit 5.

II. Self-Regulatory Organization’s

Statutory Basis for, the Proposed Rule
Change
In its filing with the Commission, the
Exchange included statements
concerning the purpose of and basis for
the proposed rule change and discussed
any comments it received on the
proposed rule change. The text of these

Exchange has prepared summaries, set
forth in sections A, B, and C below, of
the most significant aspects of such
statements.
A. Self-Regulatory Organization’s
Statement of the Purpose of, and
Statutory Basis for, the Proposed Rule
Change
1. Purpose
The proposed rule change makes
enhancements to the Exchange’s
opening auction process. The Exchange
recently adopted an opening auction
process, which the Exchange intends to
implement on June 17, 2019.5 The
Exchange intends to implement the

Securities and Exchange Commission
(the ‘‘Commission’’) the proposed rule

by the Exchange. The Exchange filed the
proposal as a ‘‘non-controversial’’
proposed rule change pursuant to
