Closed Committee Deliberations: On
June 21, 2019, between 8:00 a.m. and
11:00 a.m., the meeting will be closed to
permit discussion of (1) information that
relates solely to the internal personnel
rules and practices of an agency (5
U.S.C. 552b(c) (2)), and (2) proprietary
information related to Federal funding
applications under Public Law 93–415,
chapter 315, § 4352. The Advisory
Board will discuss information related
to NIC’s personnel and existing/
potential applicants for NIC-related
funding in order to provide program
prioritization guidance to the agency.
General Information: NIC welcomes
the attendance of the public at its
advisory committee meetings and will
make every effort to accommodate
persons with physical disabilities or

The 39th Meeting of the National
Museum and Library Services Board
will be held on June 12, 2019. A plenary
session (open to the public) will
convene at 9:00 a.m., followed by an
Executive Session (closed to the public)
discussion of specific agreements and
programs before the Board.
