modifications, and transfers/
assignments, and the filing party seeks
to dismiss or withdraw the petition to
deny or the informal objection, either
unilaterally or in exchange for financial
consideration, that party must file with
the Commission a request for approval
of the dismissal or withdrawal. This
request must include the following
documents: (1) A copy of any written
agreement related to the dismissal or
withdrawal, (2) an affidavit stating that
the petitioner has not received any
consideration in excess of legitimate
and prudent expenses in exchange for
dismissing/withdrawing its petition, (3)
an itemization of the expenses for which
it is seeking reimbursement, and (4) the
terms of any oral agreements related to
the dismissal or withdrawal of the
petitions to deny. Each remaining party
to any written or oral agreement must
submit an affidavit within 5 days of
petitioner’s request for approval stating
that it has paid no consideration to the
petitioner in excess of the petitioner’s
legitimate and prudent expenses. The
affidavit must also include the terms of
any oral agreements relating to the
dismissal or withdrawal of the petition
to deny.

The Centers for Disease
Control and Prevention (CDC), as part of
its continuing effort to reduce public
burden and maximize the utility of
government information, invites the
general public and other Federal
agencies the opportunity to comment on
a proposed and/or continuing
information collection, as required by
the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
This notice invites comment on a
proposed information collection project
titled Performance Progress and
Monitoring Report (PPMR). This
collection of information assists CDC in
being responsible for the stewardship of
funds provided via contracts, grants,
and cooperative agreements, from CDC
to partners throughout the world, while
providing excellent, professional
services to our partners and
stakeholders.
SUMMARY:
CDC must receive written
comments on or before July 8, 2019.
