The proposed information collection
OMB 1140–0015 (Application for Tax
Exempt Transfer and Registration of
Firearm—ATF Form 5 (5320.5)), is being
revised due to material changes to the
form, including additional questions,
definition of terminology used in the
collection instrument, and updates to
the instructions.
