which is open to the public.

p.m. until 4:30 p.m.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The
purpose of this meeting is for the
Scenario Planning Core Team to receive
an overview of climate change scenario
planning processes, begin discussing the
Team’s assignment, and review topics
for a to-be-scheduled workshop.
Although non-emergency issues not
contained in the meeting agenda may be
discussed, those issues may not be the
subject of formal action during this
meeting. Action will be restricted to
those issues specifically listed in this
document and any issues arising after
publication of this document that
require emergency action under section
305(c) of the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery
Conservation and Management Act,
provided the public has been notified of
the intent to take final action to address
the emergency.
Special Accommodations
This meeting is physically accessible

sign language interpretation or other

The Reef Fish AP will hold
introductions of members, adoption of
agenda, and approval of minutes from
the October 4–5, 2016 meeting. Staff
will review the Scope of Work with the
members; which is to provide input on
a single action draft framework to
modify the Gulf Greater Amberjack
commercial trip limit. The AP is
charged with discussing and providing
comments on the framework draft.

The agenda is subject to change, and
the latest version along with other
meeting materials will be posted on
www.gulfcouncil.org as they become
available.
Although other non-emergency issues
not on the agenda may come before the
group for discussion, in accordance
with the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery
