Federal Register / Vol. 84, No. 74 / Wednesday, April 17, 2019 / Notices
Total estimated burden: 1,880 hours
(per year). Burden is defined at 5 CFR
1320.3(b).
Total estimated cost: $380,000 (per
year), which includes $165,000 in
annualized capital/startup and/or
operation & maintenance costs.
Changes in the Estimates: There is no
change in burden for this ICR compared
to the previous ICR. This situation is
due to two considerations: (1) The
regulations have not changed over the
past three years and are not anticipated
to change over the next three years; and
(2) the growth rate for the industry is
very low, negative or non-existent, so
there is no significant change in the
overall burden.
Courtney Kerwin,
Director, Regulatory Support Division.
