The Pacific Fishery Management Council (Pacific Council) will convene a Stock Assessment Review (STAR) Panel meeting to review the 2019 Pacific mackerel stock assessment. SUMMARY: The meeting will be held Tuesday, April 23, through Thursday, April 25, 2019. The meeting will start at 8:30 a.m. PDT on April 23 and 8 a.m. on April 24–25.
