The estimated number of hours needed annually to comply with the information collection requirement or request: 54 hours. 10. Abstract: Completion of the NRC Form 790 is a mandatory requirement for NRC licensees, licensees’ contractors, and certificate holders who classify and declassify NRC information in accordance with Executive Order 13526, ‘‘Classified National Security Information,’’ the Atomic Energy Act, and implementing directives. The NRC uses the information on the form to report statistics related to its security classification program on an annual basis to the Information Security Oversight Office.
