SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Purpose: The Secretary, the Assistant Secretary for Health, and by delegation the Director, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, are authorized under Sections 301 and 308 of the Public Health Service Act to conduct directly or by grants or contracts, research, experiments, and demonstrations relating to occupational safety and health and to mine health. The Board of Scientific Counselors provides guidance to the Director, National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health on research and prevention programs. Specifically, the Board provides guidance on the Institute’s research activities related to developing and evaluating hypotheses, systematically documenting findings and disseminating results. CDC previously published a ‘‘Proposed Data Collection Submitted for Public Comment and Recommendations’’ notice on November 15, 2018 to obtain comments from the public and affected agencies. CDC did not receive comments related to the previous notice. This notice serves to allow an additional 30 days for public and affected agency comments. CDC will accept all comments for this proposed information collection project. amended, notice is hereby given of the following meeting.
    The meeting will be closed to the public in accordance with the

U.S.C., as amended, and the Determination of the Chief Operating 
Officer, CDC, pursuant to Public Law 92-463. The grant applications and 
the discussions could disclose confidential trade secrets or commercial
