Translators will be provided to the
extent available if a need for such

The Presiding Officers will prepare a

views, the Presiding Officers may limit
the time for presentations and may
establish other procedures related to the
conduct of the public meetings as
appropriate. Persons not listed on the
schedule may be permitted to speak at
the public meetings, if time permits, at
the conclusion of the schedule of
witnesses in the discretion of the
Presiding Officers. Copies of testimony

presentation.
All individuals who wish to attend
either public meeting must present a

The Board is extending the comment
period on the Holding Company
