sought comment on several proposals
designed to improve the rules and
procedures to select and license
competing applications for new
noncommercial educational (NCE)
broadcast stations and low power FM
(LPFM) stations.
DATES: Comments may be filed on or
before May 20, 2019 and reply
comments may be filed on or before
June 18, 2019.
