7366
Federal Register / Vol. 84, No. 42 / Monday, March 4, 2019 / Notices
Frequency of response: Initially.
Total estimated burden: 1,850 hours
(per year). Burden is defined at 5 CFR
1320.3(b).
Total estimated cost: $202,000 (per
year), which includes $0 for annualized
capital/startup and/or operation &
maintenance costs.
Changes in the Estimates: There is no
change in the burden in this ICR
compared to the previous ICR. This is
due to two considerations: (1) The
regulations have not changed over the
past three years and are not anticipated
to change over the next three years; and
(2) the growth rate for the industry is
estimated to remain the same as for the
last ICR, so there is no significant
change in the overall burden.

Director, Regulatory Support Division.
