(Respondent) requesting that the Commission direct Respondent to revise the expected number of Performance Assessment Intervals (PAI) used to set the default Market Seller Offer Cap in Reliability Pricing Model (RPM) auctions to a level consistent with a reasonable and supportable expectation of PAI, as more fully explained in the complaint. The Complainant states that copies of the complaint were served on representatives of the Respondent.
