On February 11, 2019, the
Commission issued a Notice of
Availability of the Draft Environmental
Impact Statement for the Don Pedro and
La Grange Projects. The draft EIS
documents the views of governmental
agencies, non-governmental
organizations, affected Indian tribes, the
public, the license applicants, and
Commission staff. All written comments
must be filed by April 12, 2019, and
should reference Project No. 2299–082
and Project No. 14581–002. More
information on filing comments can be

Monitor for PJM (Complainant) filed a
formal complaint against PJM
Interconnection, L.L.C. (Respondent)
requesting that the Commission direct
Respondent to revise the expected
number of Performance Assessment
Intervals (PAI) used to set the default
Market Seller Offer Cap in Reliability
Pricing Model (RPM) auctions to a level
consistent with a reasonable and
supportable expectation of PAI, as more
fully explained in the complaint.
The Complainant states that copies of
the complaint were served on
representatives of the Respondent.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211, 385.214).
Protests will be considered by the
Commission in determining the
