ACTION: Notice of proposed rulemaking;
correction.
AGENCY:
This document corrects the
end of the comment period for a notice
of proposed rulemaking (NPR)
published in the Federal Register of
February 14, 2019, that would modify
company-run stress testing requirements
to conform to section 401 of the
Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief,
and Consumer Protection Act
(EGRRCPA).
SUMMARY:
The comment period for the NPR
published on February 14, 2019, at 84
FR 4002, is corrected. Comments must
be received by March 21, 2019.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Board
published in the Federal Register of
February 14, 2019, a notice of proposed
rulemaking that would modify
company-run stress testing requirements
to conform to section 401 of EGRRCPA.
However, the comment period for that
NPR was published to end five days
after publication in the Federal
Register, which is contrary to the 30-day
notice period intended by the Board.
This document corrects that error and

ACTION: Notice of proposed rulemaking

AGENCY:
This action proposes to
amend Class E airspace extending
upward from 700 feet above the surface
at Mettel Field Airport, Connersville,
IN, and Richmond Municipal Airport,
Richmond, IN. The FAA is proposing
this action as the result of an airspace
review caused by the decommissioning
of the Richmond VHF omnidirectional
range (VOR) navigation aid, which
provided navigation information for the
instrument procedures at this airport, as
part of the VOR Minimum Operational
Network (MON) Program. The
geographic coordinates of the airports
would also be updated to coincide with

the FAA’s aeronautic database. Airspace
redesign is necessary for the safety and
management of instrument flight rules
(IFR) operations at these airports.
