I also determine that the exhibition or display of the exhibit object at the Cincinnati Art Museum, Cincinnati, Ohio, from on or about February 15, 2019, until on or about May 5, 2019, at the Wadsworth Atheneum Museum of Art, Hartford, Connecticut, from on or about May 15, 2019, until on or about August 4, 2019, and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, is in the national interest. I have ordered that Public Notice of these determinations be published in the Federal Register. I also determine that the exhibition or display of the exhibit objects at the Rubin Museum of Art, New York, New York, from on or about March 9, 2019, until on or about March 23, 2020, and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, is in the national interest. ACTION: Notice. AGENCY: The Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act (MAP– 21) established the Surface Transportation Project Delivery Program that allows a State to assume FHWA’s environmental responsibilities for environmental review, consultation, and compliance under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) for Federal highway projects. When a State assumes these Federal responsibilities, the State becomes solely responsible and liable for the responsibilities it has assumed, in lieu of FHWA. This program mandates annual audits during each of the first 4 years to ensure the State’s compliance with program requirements.
