Fisheries of the Exclusive Economic Zone Off Alaska; Inseason Adjustment to the 2019 Gulf of Alaska Pollock Total Allowable Catch Amounts
NMFS is adjusting the 2019 total allowable catch (TAC) amount for the Gulf of Alaska (GOA) pollock fishery. This action is necessary because NMFS has determined this TAC is incorrectly specified, and will ensure the GOA pollock TAC is the appropriate amount based on the best available scientific information for pollock in the GOA. This action is consistent with the goals and objectives of the Fishery Management Plan for Groundfish of the Gulf of Alaska.
Notice of Determinations; Culturally Significant Objects Imported for Exhibition-Determinations: “Egypt: The Time of Pharaohs” Exhibition
Notice is hereby given of the following determinations: I hereby determine that certain objects to be included in the exhibition ``Egypt: The Time of Pharaohs,'' imported from abroad for temporary exhibition within the United States, are of cultural significance. The objects are imported pursuant to loan agreements with the foreign owners or custodians. I also determine that the exhibition or display of the exhibit objects at the Cincinnati Museum Center, Cincinnati, Ohio, from on or about February 14, 2019, until on or about August 18, 2019, and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, is in the national interest. I have ordered that Public Notice of these determinations be published in the Federal Register.

Job Corps Centers Proposed for Consolidation and Deactivation of Non-Operational Job Corps Centers: Comments Requested
The Employment and Training Administration (ETA) of the U.S. Department of Labor (the Department or DOL) is issuing this notice proposing the deactivation of the Gainesville Job Corps Center (Gainesville) in Gainesville, Florida and the consolidation of the Barranquitas Job Corps Center (Barranquitas) in Barranquitas, Puerto Rico with two other Job Corps Centers located in Puerto Rico. This proposed consolidation would maintain the same overall number of students served in Puerto Rico. The Gainesville center has been inactive since Hurricane Irma in September 2017. This facility incurred considerable hurricane damage and hazardous environmental conditions exist. The Barranquitas center has been inactive since Hurricane Maria significantly damaged it in September 2017. Under these proposals, at-risk youth in Florida and Puerto Rico will continue to have options for service by the Job Corps program. This notice seeks public comment on these proposals.

Pursuant to the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is publishing this regular biweekly notice. The Act requires the Commission to publish notice of any amendments issued, or proposed to be issued, and grants the Commission the authority to issue and make immediately effective any amendment to an operating license or combined license, as applicable, upon a determination by the Commission that such amendment involves no significant hazards consideration, notwithstanding the pendency before the Commission of a request for a hearing from any person. This biweekly notice includes all notices of amendments issued, or proposed to be issued, from December 4, 2018, to December 14, 2018. The last biweekly notice was published on December 18, 2018.
