Take notice that on December 20, 2018, pursuant to Rule 207(a)(2)
of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (Commission) Rules of
Practice and Procedure, 18 CFR 385.207(a)(2) (2018), ONEOK Elk Creek
Pipeline, L.L.C. (Elk Creek or Petitioner), filed a petition for a
Declaratory Order approving its open season process as well as certain
terms and conditions for transportation on the Elk Creek pipeline
