discharge an obligation to your Associate. Graycliff Mezzanine III 
(SBIC), L.P. has not invested in Strategic Delivery Solutions LLC to 
date but is seeking SBA's prior written exemption to provide financing 
to Strategic Delivery Solutions LLC.
