    Take notice that on December 11, 2018, pursuant to Rule 207(a)(2) 
of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (Commission) Rules of 
Practice and Procedure, 18 CFR 385.207(a)(2) (2018), EnLink NGL 
Pipeline, LP (EnLink or Petitioner), filed a petition for a Declaratory 
Order approving the overall tariff and rate structure for an expansion 
of Enlink's interstate pipeline system (Petition) that transports
