The United States Postal Service® (Postal Service) is proposing to revise five Customer Privacy Act Systems of Records (SORs). These changes are being made to support the new Address Matching Database, which will be used to identify, prevent, and mitigate fraudulent activity within the SUMMARY: PO 00000 Frm 00098 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 4703 Change of Address and Hold Mail processes. DATES: These revisions will become effective without further notice on January 28, 2019, unless, in response to comments received on or before that date, the Postal Service makes any substantive change to the purpose or routine uses set forth, or to expand the availability of information in this system, as described in this notice.
