Notice is hereby given that, on
November 27, 2018, pursuant to Section
6(a) of the National Cooperative

Border Security Technology Consortium
(‘‘BSTC’’) has filed written notifications
simultaneously with the Attorney

Standard 0112.03 (Revision A),
Autoloading Pistols for Police Officers,
published in 1999 and found here:

document is anticipated to be published
in late 2019 as NIJ Standard 0112.04,
Semiautomatic Pistols for Law
Enforcement. Its primary purpose will
be for use by the NIJ Compliance

evaluation of semiautomatic pistols
submitted to the program for
certification by NIJ. It will be used by
both ballistics laboratories that test
firearms and firearms manufacturers
participating in the NIJ CTP. This
standard will be included in the scope
