clearances or permissions.

RECORD ACCESS PROCEDURES:
Individuals seeking notification and
access to any record contained in this
system of records, or seeking to contest
its content, may submit a request in
writing to the Chief Privacy Officer at
the address provided for the System
Manager, above. When seeking records
about yourself from this system of
records your request must comply with
the Commission’s Privacy Act
regulations and must include sufficient
information to permit us to identify
potentially responsive records. In
addition, you must sign your request,
and your signature must either be
notarized or submitted under 28 U.S.C.
1746, a law that permits statements to
be made under penalty of perjury as a
substitute for notarization. If your
request is seeking records pertaining to
another living individual, you must
include a statement from that individual
certifying his/her consent to your access
to his/her records. Without this
information, we may not be able to
conduct an effective search, and your
request may be denied due to lack of
specificity or lack of compliance with
applicable regulations.

AGENCY:
Pursuant to the Atomic
Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the
Act), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory
Commission (NRC) is publishing this
regular biweekly notice. The Act
requires the Commission to publish
notice of any amendments issued, or
proposed to be issued, and grants the
Commission the authority to issue and
make immediately effective any
amendment to an operating license or
combined license, as applicable, upon a
determination by the Commission that
such amendment involves no significant
hazards consideration, notwithstanding
the pendency before the Commission of
a request for a hearing from any person.
This biweekly notice includes all
notices of amendments issued, or
proposed to be issued, from November
20, 2018 to December 3, 2018. The last
biweekly notice was published on
December 4, 2018.
DATES: Comments must be filed by
January 17, 2019. A request for a hearing
must be filed by February 19, 2019.
