§§ M25.1 and M25.2(b) for the Textron
Model 700 airplane fuel system design.

Airport Board to waive the requirement
that 1.23± acres of airport property
located at the Cullman Regional-Folsom
Field Airport in Vinemont, Alabama, be
used for aeronautical purposes.

Volunteer Fire Department for nonaeronautical purposes. The property is
adjacent to residential property on the
west quadrant of airport property just
off County Road 1371. The net proceeds
from the sale of this property will be
used for eligible airport improvement
projects for general aviation facilities at
the Cullman Regional-Folsom Field
Airport.
Any person may inspect the request
in person at the FAA office listed above
