AGENCY:
Under the provision of the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the
U.S. Agency for International
Development (USAID) has submitted to
the Office of Management and Budget
(OMB) a request for review and
approval of the information collection of
the Contractor Employee Biographical
Data Sheet. The purpose of this notice
is to allow an additional 30 days for
public comments. This information was
previously published in the Federal
Register on February 6, 2018. USAID
received four comments during the 60
Day Notice comment period.
DATES: Comments are encouraged and
will be accepted until January 2, 2019.
This process is conducted in accordance
with 5 CFR 1320.1.

notice invites the general public and
other public agencies to comment on
this proposed information collection.
The proposed information collection is
a request for a revision of a currently
approved collection of information
relating to the reporting burden
associated with completing and
submitting form FNS–339, the FederalState Supplemental Nutrition Programs
Agreement for the administration of the
