This can be obtained in-house or outsourced by purchasing a public key certificate that is valid for 1 year to 3 years. The certificate typically costs from $20 to $30. Our estimated burden for the information collection reflects an overall increase of 688,547 hours and a corresponding increase of 1,145,763 responses.
