AGENCY: ACTION: Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights (Commission), and the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) that a planning meeting of the Vermont Advisory Committee to the Commission will be convened by teleconference call at 11:00 a.m. (EST) on Friday, December 7, 2018. The purpose of the meeting is for discussing the proposal on school to prison pipeline issues in Vermont. DATES: Friday, December 7, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. EST.
