Take notice that on November 14,
2018, Saddle Butte Pipeline III, LLC
(Saddle Butte) filed a petition seeking a
temporary waiver of the tariff filing and
reporting requirements of sections 6 and
20 of the Interstate Commerce Act, 49
U.S.C. App. 6 and 20, and parts 341 and
357 of the Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission’s regulations, 18 CFR parts
341 and 357 (2018), with respect to its
Powder Flats System, which is a crude
petroleum gathering system located in
Wyoming, all as more fully explained in
the petition.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
