The proposed project would relocate State Road 248 (Post Oar Road) and 583rd Street because the lower reservoir would otherwise inundate them. The proposed project would have an estimated average annual generation of 4,368,000 megawatt-hours. The proposed project is known as the Willis Lateral Project (Project), and would provide about 200 million cubic feet of natural gas per day to Entergy Texas, Inc.’s Montgomery County Power Station Project near Willis, Texas. On July 26, 2018, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission or FERC) issued its Notice of Application for the Project. the bottom of the Kiamichi River tapering down to 10-foot-long, 10-
foot-wide section where it connects to the two pipes; and (14) a 124-
mile-long transmission line to the Electric Reliability Council of 
Texas grid.
