The NSB will continue its program to
provide some flexibility around meeting
times. After the first meeting of each
day, actual meeting start and end times
will be allowed to vary by no more than
15 minutes in either direction. As an
example, if a 10:00 meeting finishes at
10:45, the meeting scheduled to begin at
11:00 may begin at 10:45 instead.
Similarly, the 10:00 meeting may be
allowed to run over by as much as 15
minutes if the Chair decides the extra
time is warranted. The next meeting
would start no later than 11:15. Arrive

Safety and Licensing Board (Board) is
being established to preside over the
following proceeding:
Interim Storage Partners LLC
(WCS Consolidated Interim Storage
Facility)
This proceeding involves an
application from Interim Storage
Partners LLC for a license to construct
and operate a Consolidated Interim
Storage Facility on its approximately
14,900-acre site in western Andrews
County, Texas. In response to a notice
published in the Federal Register
announcing the opportunity to request a
hearing, see 83 FR 44,070 (Aug. 29,
2018), multiple requests for hearing
have been filed.

I. Introduction
The Commission gives notice that the
Postal Service filed request(s) for the
Commission to consider matters related
to negotiated service agreement(s). The
request(s) may propose the addition or
removal of a negotiated service
agreement from the market dominant or
the competitive product list, or the
modification of an existing product
currently appearing on the market
dominant or the competitive product
list.
Section II identifies the docket
number(s) associated with each Postal
Service request, the title of each Postal
Service request, the request’s acceptance
date, and the authority cited by the
Postal Service for each request. For each
request, the Commission appoints an
officer of the Commission to represent
the interests of the general public in the
