AGENCY: The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is announcing a meeting of the National Drinking Water Advisory Council (NDWAC or Council) as authorized under the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA). The purpose of the meeting is to allow the EPA to present an overview of the Agency’s Safe Drinking Water Act programs for the fiscal year 2019, including an introduction of the benefits of improving public drinking water system’s capacity through partnerships.
