Details concerning the matters to be addressed at the business meeting are contained in the Supplementary Information section of this notice. Also the Commission published a document in the Federal Register of October 3, 2018 (83 FR 49969), concerning its public hearing on November 1, 2018, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The document was revised to update the projects scheduled for action items #11 and #12, also contained below in the SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION section of this notice. The public is invited to attend the Commission’s business meeting. Comments on the Regulatory Program projects and the consumptive use mitigation project were subject to deadline of November 13, 2018, and August 13, 2018, respectively. for, and the processing of, special permits from the Department of 
Transportation's Hazardous Material Regulations, notice is hereby given 
that the Office of Hazardous Materials Safety has received the 
application described herein. Each mode of transportation for which a 
particular special permit is requested is indicated by a number in the 
``Nature of Application'' portion of the table below as follows: 1--
Motor vehicle, 2--Rail freight, 3--Cargo vessel, 4--Cargo aircraft 
only, 5--Passenger-carrying aircraft.

DATES: Comments must be received on or before December 7, 2018.
