AGENCY: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted the following information collection request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA): Chemical Data Reporting under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA section 8(a)), identified by EPA ICR No. 1884.10 and OMB Control No. 2070–0162. This is a request to renew the approval of an existing ICR that is currently scheduled to expire on October 31, 2018. The ICR, which is available in the docket along with other related materials, provides a detailed explanation of the collection activities and the burden estimate that is only briefly summarized in this document. Comments received in response to the previously provided 60day public review opportunity are also in the docket and have been addressed in the ICR.
