EPIC Crude Pipeline, LP (EPIC Crude),
filed a petition for declaratory order
seeking approval of the overall tariff and
rate structure, terms of service, and
open season procedures for a new 730mile pipeline system that will originate
in Orla, Texas and transport crude
petroleum produced in the Permian
Basin to points of interconnection with
terminals located in Orla, Saragosa,
Crane, Wink, Midland, Helen, and
Gardendale, Texas as well as the Port of
Corpus Christi, which will provide
export access, all as more fully
explained in the petition.
